Returns & Exchanges
All orders will have 60 days from the package being delivered to return/exchange your order. Merchandise must not be worn or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Rat Betty is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please be sure of your size when exchanging as there will be a cost involved for a second exchange.
