One of just five Apple Green specimens selected from the personal collection of a second-generation master jade cutter in Mae Sot, Thailand, whose family has sourced rough jade from neighbouring Myanmar for over 50 years.

Selected for its natural colour, translucency and individual character, each specimen is offered in its current form, allowing you to choose the exact stone that will become your ring.

A heavy-set, classic sterling silver signet with clean shoulders, substantial weight and subtle maker's marks — built with the character of an old-world heirloom.

On the reverse, an engraved dragon circles a small opening beneath the stone, allowing light to pass through the jade and reveal its natural translucency, depth and internal character.

The specimen photographed is the exact stone you are purchasing.

Once selected, your jade will be individually cut to size and fitted into a solid 925 sterling silver signet, cast specifically to your chosen ring size.

Each specimen is allocated to one ring only. Once purchased, it will never be offered again.

Please select your exact ring size before ordering. Due to the individual nature of the stone and its setting, resizing is not possible once cast.

Each stone has its own natural variations in colour, translucency and internal structure. Your chosen specimen will be cut to fit your ring, meaning its final shape and dimensions will differ from the original photograph while retaining the character of the stone you selected.

The stone you choose is the stone we cut. The ring we cast is yours alone.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returns Policy

All orders will have 60 days from the package being delivered to return/exchange your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item back to you. For your security, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Lost Amigo is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please be sure of your size when exchanging as there will be a cost involved for a second exchange.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

The returned package must include: a note containing the order number, and the item being returned. We will send you an email as soon as we receive your package. For over 50 years, a family of jade cutters in Mae Sot, Thailand, has been sourcing rough jade from neighbouring Myanmar. Now in its second generation, the family continues to work with some of the finest natural jadeite, selecting and cutting stones by hand. Our Jade Drop comes directly from the personal collection of the family's master cutter — a small selection of specimens accumulated over decades of working with the stone.

THE JADE DROP — AN HEIRLOOM IN THE MAKING.

For this collection, we've hand-selected 15 individual specimens of natural Type A jadeite from Myanmar, across three distinct varieties: Apple Green, Lavender and Moss in Snow. Each stone is presented in its original, unmounted form, allowing you to choose the exact specimen that speaks to you. Once selected, your stone will be individually cut to size and fitted into a heavy-set sterling silver signet, cast specifically to your chosen ring size. Complete with subtle maker's marks and an engraved dragon on the reverse, each ring features a small opening behind the stone, allowing light to pass through and reveal the jade's natural colour, depth and translucency.

JADE — A STONE WITH 5,000 YEARS OF HISTORY.

Long before diamonds became the world's most coveted gemstones, jade was the stone of emperors, warriors and dynasties. For thousands of years, it has been treasured across Asia as a symbol of protection, wisdom, prosperity and longevity. In ancient China, jade was considered more precious than gold, worn by royalty, carved into ceremonial objects and passed down through generations as a family heirloom.

Unlike gemstones valued for their brilliance, jade has always been admired for something quieter — its depth of colour, natural translucency and the character held within each stone. From the imperial courts of China to the jade markets along the Myanmar–Thailand border, the tradition of selecting, cutting and collecting jade has endured for centuries.

Some stones are bought to be worn. Others are kept to be passed down.
